Add Coconut treacle, sugar, coconut and water to a pan and cook for 10 minutes to make pani pol.
Add a tbs of milkmaid to the mixture and mix well
Remove from heat before it gets sticky.
Add kurakkan flour and salt. Mix well and make a paste.
Take kanda leaf and spread kurakkan paste on the leaf, fold the leaf to cover the paste and steam for 5 minutes.
