Heat oil over high heat in a wok and stir-fry all the vegetables (except for green onion and beansprouts) till soft and half cooked
Add RasaMusu, dark soy sauce, salt, pepper and mix
Add beansprouts and finely chopped green onion
Add sesame oil, mix and sauté
Spread the spring roll wrapper with one corner towards you; place a teaspoon of the filling from the corner towards the middle
Roll the pastry tightly over the mixture till half-way up the pastry - then fold in the sides and continue rolling till the end
At the end, place a dab of corn-starch water and seal
Deep fry till golden brown
Serve with sweet chilli sauce
