  • Ghee Oil 50ml
  • Curry Leaves 1 Sprig
  • Green Beans 10-15 Nos
  • Carrots 1 nos
  • Green Chilli 5 nos
  • Garlic Paste 50g
  • Ginger Paste 20g
  • Chilli Powder 2tsp
  • Star Anise 2 nos
  • Bay Leaves 2 nos
  • Garam Masala 2tsp
  • Cardamom 3 nos
  • Mace 1 nos
  • Cinnamon 2 nos
  • Turmeric 1-2tsp
  • Salt 2tsp
  • Water 1200ml

Step 1

Add ghee, cinnamon, curry leaves, bay leaves, mace, star anise, and cardamoms to a pan and sauté

Step 2

Sauté onions, ginger garlic paste and mix well

Step 3

Add carrots, green beans, bell pepper, broccoli, green chili and sauté well

Step 4

Add turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, MAGGI Rasa Musu, MAGGI Vegetable Flavored Seasoning Cubes and mix well

Step 5

Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt and mix well

Step 6

Add samba, water and mix well
